The print came out really nice with no fading at all. Looks clean and clear to me, so I’d say it turned out great, wouldn’t you?

I got exactly what I ordered, and everything matched up like it should. Usually when an order looks straightforward, I assume it’ll arrive without any surprises, and that was the case here. No issues at all

I’ve got to be fair and give credit where it’s due, the quality is genuinely good. It feels well made, and I’m happy with it.

I feel like I paid way too much for this. The quality is just okay, nothing that really stands out, and it kind of works when it wants to, which is super frustrating. For the price, I definitely expected better. I wouldn’t buy it again

I was able to make it the way I wanted, which was nice for a change. The options were easy to figure out, and it actually ended up looking good, so no complaints there.

My order made it overseas without any customs issues, which was a relief, and it actually arrived faster than I expected. The tracking could’ve been a bit more detailed along the way, but overall the delivery went smoothly.

The whole production process took way too long. My order seemed to just sit there for ages, and the updates didn’t really tell me much. I understand custom items can take some time, but this felt slower than it should’ve been. By the time it finally moved along, I was already wondering if the quality was going to be worth the wait. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

I decided to use customman.store because they had a promo showing on the site, and I thought I was getting a decent deal. But of course, once I started adding stuff to my cart, it wasn’t clear at all what the promo actually applied to. I had to keep testing different items like I was supposed to figure it out myself.
The order itself went through fine, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience. I just wish the offer details had been more obvious upfront instead of making customers feel like they missed some hidden fine print. Not bad overall, but it definitely could’ve been clearer.

Customer service did get back to me, but the answer was basically to keep waiting. The item showed up eventually, which was good, but since the tracking issue is still fresh in my mind, it definitely makes me hesitant to order from them again

Checkout did work in the end, but it felt a bit awkward in spots. I mostly just remember the pages taking longer than I expected, and at one point I went back to double-check shipping and had to type my address in again, which was kind of annoying.
The good part is the payment went through without any drama, and the confirmation email showed up right away. I don’t really remember it being a huge hassle overall, but I do wish the shipping cost was clearer earlier instead of feeling like something you only really see near the end...

The communication was alright, but I kind of wish I’d pushed for clearer answers from the start. They did get back to me, but a few replies were brief, so I ended up having to ask follow-up questions just to understand what was going on.

It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, and things did work out in the end. I just regret not knowing upfront that the updates might be a little vague, so I’d give it 3 stars because it was okay, but there’s definitely room to be more direct.

Just a heads up for anyone planning to use this on mobile: the menus were laggy for me, which made it frustrating to navigate. It might be fine on a computer, but on my phone it wasn’t the smoothest experience...
